Twelve years ago, after she decided to take a break from her fast-paced or overly stressful career in fashion design, Lindsay started exploring yoga and bodywork and instantly fell in love. The more she studied, the more she realized that this was the piece of the puzzle that was missing from her life.

She decided to change careers and dove, headfirst, into the world of wellness. She earned a massage therapy license where she started to realize the benefits of helping not only herself, but others find tools to manage stress, anxiety, and achieve daily mindfulness.  She continued her journey by studying modalities like reiki, crystal therapy, mediation, and breathwork. She is 200 hr. certified as a yoga instructor from Asana Soul Practice in Jersey City and has a certification in mindfulness. She is also certified in Children’s and Teen’s Trauma-Informed Yoga with Yoga Ed.

Having spent many years searching for ways to manage and relieve symptoms of her anxiety and ADD; Lindsay is confident that yoga and meditation have taken her to a refreshed and mindful daily life.  Her goal is to teach these tools to others so they too can improve their lives.

Lindsay’s yoga classes are vinyasa and yin-based using crystals as a modality to balance the chakras. The workshops she designs all have the same underlying goal: to share and spread good energy and equip participants with tools to manage their own stressors while supporting and teaching these tools to their students.
